This week's angel card is the Love/Compassion card from Dr. Steven Farmer's Earth Magic Oracle. On sight it really to pull at my heart strings, it's very tender, and very sweet. For such a seemingly soft and tender emotion, love can be a very powerful experience, it can overwhelm, it can inspire, and it can heal like nothing else can. There is a potency and a unexplained tangibility to it that not even science can fully explain. When someone is lying in a hospital bed and family or friends are near, its very healing and they are much more well off than if they weren't.
I did an experiment last night with this card, it was the last thing I looked at before I fell asleep, and asked my angels to explain I how I needed to interpret this card for you all. I must admit I expected a dream full of pretty imagery, much like my other dreams, vivid and pleasant. To my surprise that did not occur; I instead saw some rather dark imagery, and I was using Love (Reiki) to dispel it! It was no easy task, but I prevailed, or rather Love Conquered All, despite any fears or struggles, love won out.
I think the message is clear, no matter how overwhelmed you feel or at a lost, etc, trust that love, yours and or that of Spirit's will guide you to the best outcome.

No matter how much we try to stay in the positive life isn't all fluff and we can easily lose sight of our greater good when we get caught up in less than optimal circumstances.
I think the link I've been missing lately is instead of only projecting love into those circumstances I need to gather it internally first.
